Returns and refunds

All returns and refunds need prior approval before sending back. Please contact us and let us know why you’re requesting a return, refund, or replacement part. We will honor and replace any light products that is a result of DOA (dead on arrival).

Warranty

If a light tube goes out within the 2 year warranty period. Please provide the order number and we’ll be happy to look it up and take you taken care of.

Large pattern design - These ship from supplier overseas directly. Please allow 20 business days to arrive.
